DIGITAL STORYTELLING
Grades 6 - 8 (1 week - 2 hours)
Monday, July 27 - Friday, July 31
10:00am - 12:00pm
Cost: $90 per student
Please register your child's name -- online.
Students will bring their digital photos to life using Microsoft Photo Story software and without needing a digital video camera or digital video recordings! The students will first decide on their storytelling topic, then collect pictures, create a script for their production, arrange and edit the pictures that will appear in the final product, add in narration, music, titles and customizing motion - all with a click of the mouse. Students will be given a portable FLASH drive/stick to bring digital pictures from home. 21st Century Skills taught: Oral and written communication, technology, creativity, innovation and curiosity.
